Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects and innovations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable benefits.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to integrate digital technologies such as AI, blockchain, and data analytics into existing financial services and operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field. Additional certifications in digital transformation or leadership are a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital roles within financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement digital strategies that have significantly improved performance, customer experience, and innovation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams through complex digital change initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of current and emerging digital technologies and their application in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships across various levels of an organization.
