Job Description:
Job Summary
Oversees general accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis. The GA supervisor will also supervise the General Accounting Section.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
- Review General Ledger transactions and operating expenses.
- Assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Handle Oracle month-end closing and journal entries.
- Prepare audit requirements and supporting documents.
- Supervise accruals, asset management, and accounting reports.
- Supervise and evaluate the General Accounting team.
- Maintain and update books of accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Extensive general accounting experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Oracle or ERP system proficiency a plus
