Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring & Reporting:
Support and Coordinate with field sales personnel to help track and report sales-related financial transactions, including outstanding balances, shortages, and pending documentation.
Financial Control:
Ensure fulfillment of requirements as part of financial policies and procedures by reviewing sales transactions and identifying discrepancies after coordination with field sales and coordinators.
Shortage Management:
Support field sales and coordinators in reviewing, analyzing and resolve sales shortages by coordinating with relevant departments.
Document Processing:
Verify, collect, and process financial documents related to sales, including invoices, payment receipts, and credit applications.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the sales team to address financial issues, providing guidance and support on financial requirements.
Compliance & Audit Support:
Ensure sales financial transactions comply with company policies and assist in audit processes as needed.
Reconciliation:
Conduct periodic reconciliation of sales accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
Process Improvement:
To Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and processes within the sales department.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open for FRESH GRADUATES
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willing for Project-based employment
