- Performs inspection, physicochemical analyses, and sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials and packaging materials
- Monitors and verifies in-line production by checking ingredients/raw materials preparation and process parameters in all production lines
- Implements Good Manufacturing Practice
- Conducts finished product validation through physicochemical analyses, bread scoring, and shelf life study
- Validates customer concerns through comprehensive investigations
- Verifies or audits action plan reports issued to responsible departments regarding product/material and process non-conformities
- Assists in ISO and other audits of the department
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly technical and non-technical reports regarding all happenings from functions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Microbiology or any related courses
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
- Willing to work in a hot environment and shifting schedule
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite, MS Office, and other software operating tools
- With good interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Food Sensory
- Amenable to work in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
