  • Performs inspection, physicochemical analyses, and sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials and packaging materials
  • Monitors and verifies in-line production by checking ingredients/raw materials preparation and process parameters in all production lines
  • Implements Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Conducts finished product validation through physicochemical analyses, bread scoring, and shelf life study
  • Validates customer concerns through comprehensive investigations
  • Verifies or audits action plan reports issued to responsible departments regarding product/material and process non-conformities
  • Assists in ISO and other audits of the department
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly technical and non-technical reports regarding all happenings from functions

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Microbiology or any related courses
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
  • Willing to work in a hot environment and shifting schedule
  • Knowledgeable in Google Suite, MS Office, and other software operating tools
  • With good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Food Sensory
  • Amenable to work in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
