Job Description:
The QA Staff is
responsible for the following:
· Quality control
· Quality assurance
· Line inspection and laboratory analyses
- Performs inspection
of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conduct in-line
inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products
-Performs finished product analysis and testing, conduct audits on all areas of
the process, and prepare a report for each assigned task
-Conducts batch-test prior usage of materials at production
Minimum
Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology
-Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, SOP
and its principle
-Has exposure in laboratory testing and in-line monitoring
-Strong analytical and planning skills
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Open for fresh graduates
