Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Product Handling and Delivery:
- Accurately counts stocks before loading and ensures proper loading and unloading of products.
- Delivers products to assigned outlets according to the delivery schedule.
- Receives and verifies returned/exchange breads from customers.
Account Management:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, collections, and inventory (e.g., route cards).
- Collects cash payments for delivered goods in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Submits reports and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
Territory Planning:
- Plans and organizes delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Inventory Control:
- Implements and adheres to procedures for counting, delivering, and pulling out products, trays, and trolleys.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensures proper use, cleanliness, and regular maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.
Other Duties:
- Performs other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· College level / High School graduate / College graduate
· Must have at least a Professional Drivers License with restrictions 1 & 2 or A to B2
· Preferably residing in or near ORMOC
