Job Description:
1. Handle import/export transactions and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
2. Prepare and manage import/export documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and government agencies for smooth transaction flow.
4. Monitor and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
5. Support procurement activities by sourcing and negotiating with vendors for imported goods.
6. Generate detailed reports and provide analyses for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Import/Export, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, compliance, and import/export documentation
- Computer literate with ability to analyze purchase requests, evaluate bids, prepare product specifications and contracts
- With good communication and excellent sourcing and negotiation skills
- Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
