- Perform inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials
- conduct in line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products
- Perform finished product analysis and testing
- Conduct audits on all areas of the process
- Prepare report for each assigned task
- Conduct batch test prior to the usage of materials at production
- Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Assists in the supervision of Main and Toll Manufacturing plants
- Review reports, confer with quality assurance, and interfacing departments to solve work related problems.
- Assists in the supervision and coordination activities of QA engaged in the verification of in-process products, product validation and applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures
- Approves the release of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products for distribution.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology
- With advanced working knowledge in baking and science technology
- With at least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Proficient and highly knowledgeable in microbial analysis or laboratory analysis
- Can handle pressure and can perform multi-tasking
- Knowledgeable in ISO Audit and HACCP Certification
- With people management skills
