The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the production section, ensuring that all process lines are effectively and efficiently working towards the achievement of the objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
  • Preferably with formal training on Baking Science and Technology course
  • Should have at least three (3) years of work related experience in manufacturing set-up
  • Should have knowledge on Production and Operations Management
  • Should be knowledgeable about different steps of the baking process
  • Should have formal training and familiarity on different production management systems such as GMP, SSOP, ISO 900, HACCP, and HALAL requirements
