Principal Purpose(s):
- The Territorial Distributor Supervisor builds strong working relationships, manages salesmen, implements company policies, and trains and improves subordinates' performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guides subordinates in achieving business goals.
- Establishes a course of action to attain specific goals, plans, and properly allocates assignments to personnel.
- Effectively and efficiently manages subordinates by assigning duties to the appropriate individuals.
- Conducts training and development programs to enhance subordinates' skills and competencies.
- Identifies problems and their causes, gathers relevant information, and develops alternative courses of action for decision-making.
- Evaluates the performance of sales personnel.
- Regularly visits stores to check stock levels.
- Addresses customer and client concerns.
- Opens new accounts within the assigned area.
- Visits the head offices of outlets to introduce new products, negotiate terms, and discuss promotional support.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business, Economics, or related courses.
- Preferably with at least five years of experience in account management and sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with good decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
- Assigned area: Whole Mindanao Region
