Job Description:

Department: Strategic Sales Admin
Job Type: Probationary

The Strategic Sales Capability and Training Supervisor will be responsible in in identifying training needs, developing and designing training modules, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the sales team's competencies align with organizational goals and quality standards.

1. Conducts Training  needs analysis an develops training  design as assigned

2. Conducts training and orientation of Sales personnel

3. Facilitates onboarding of new salesman, sales coordinators and Area heads

4. Assists in the preparation and execution of Sales Training Plan

5. Act as lead/point person for all ISO, HACCP and HALAL related activities

6. Assist in the continual development of the Sales personnel

7. Will go on field work for training purposes, such as route rides, field visits, trade checks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, or any Behavioral Science
  • Proven three (3) years of experience in training development, execution, designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs
  • With knowledge in ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, and HALAL standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
