Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process sales remittances and miscellaneous payments.
  • Record transactions using SFA and Remittance systems.
  • Issue receipts for transactions and prepare daily bank deposit slips.
  • Monitor daily cashier reports and ensure deposit slip accuracy.
  • Safeguard company property and assets.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support treasury operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or any business-related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of cashiering experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with computers and basic math.
  • Familiarity with PBCOM Deposita cash machines is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Integrity and safety in handling money.

Other Knowledge: Awareness of Food Safety, ISO, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
