Job Description:
The Management Engineer is responsible for ensuring that production processes are in accordance with prescribed work instructions and operating conditions.
The post in conduct operations audits, ensure compliance with company procedures, and supervise projects focused on factory improvement, maintenance, and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, and effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency and compliance
- Open to fresh engineering graduates with a strong willingness to learn
