Job Description:
The Sales Supervisor establishes strong working relationships, motivates salesman, implements company policy and work action, improves performance of subordinates, plans and maintains time and work schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guides subordinates in attaining business goals
- Establishes a course of action to accomplish a specific goal, plans proper assignments of personnel and appropriates allocation of resources.
- Develops skills and competencies of subordinates through training and development activities related to current and future jobs.
- Identifies problems, secures relevant information, relates data from different sources and identifies possible causes of problems.
- Develops alternative course of action and makes decisions which are based on logical assumption and which reflects factual information.
- Evaluates performances of sales personnel and provides inputs to promodiser evaluation
- Visits stores on a regular basis and checks the stocks
- Visits head office of outlets (if there is any) to introduce new products, negotiates discounts, and promo support and facing.
- Opens new accounts
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate of Business or Economics degree holder
- Preferably with relevant training on Supervisory Development and Account Management
- With at least 5 years of experience in Sales and account management
- With strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assigned location (GMA) Metro Manila
