Job Description:

The Sales Supervisor establishes strong working relationships, motivates salesman, implements company policy and work action, improves performance of subordinates, plans and maintains time and work schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guides subordinates in attaining business goals
  • Establishes a course of action to accomplish a specific goal, plans proper assignments of personnel and appropriates allocation of resources.
  • Develops skills and competencies of subordinates through training and development activities related to current and future jobs.
  • Identifies problems, secures relevant information, relates data from different sources and identifies possible causes of problems.
  • Develops alternative course of action and makes decisions which are based on logical assumption and which reflects factual information.
  • Evaluates performances of sales personnel and provides inputs to promodiser evaluation
  • Visits stores on a regular basis and checks the stocks
  • Visits head office of outlets (if there is any) to introduce new products, negotiates discounts, and promo support and facing.
  • Opens new accounts

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Business or Economics degree holder
  • Preferably with relevant training on Supervisory Development and Account Management
  • With at least 5 years of experience in Sales and account management
  • With strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assigned location (GMA) Metro Manila
