Main Purpose
- As a Compensation and Benefits Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization offers competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages to our employees. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, designing and implementing compensation structures, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM-5:30PM)

Job Description
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Develop and implement compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives, that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries or issues.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyze and interpret data related to compensation and benefits to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark against industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and projects as needed.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related courses
- Previous experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends
- Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proficient in Human Resource Information Systems, MS Office and Gsuite
- Capable of working extended hours, including weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasa, Binan, Laguna
