- Prepares assigned balance sheet schedules for monthly financial reporting
- Prepares necessary journal vouchers to record adjustments for the assigned accounts
- Prepares Financial Report Package
- Conducts analysis on operating expenses variances
- Assists on the preparation of budget package and inventory count
- Prepares billings
- Prepares and submits documents required by internal and external audit of books and work processes
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- With at least 2 years of experience in general accounting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
