Principal Purpose(s):
- The Senior Sales Supervisor is responsible for building strong working relationships, managing sales teams, implementing company policies, and training subordinates to improve their performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide subordinates in achieving business goals.
- Oversee the overall performance of the assigned area/team.
- Establish a course of action to achieve specific goals, including planning and proper allocation of assignments to personnel.
- Manage subordinates effectively and efficiently by assigning duties to the appropriate individuals.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance subordinates' skills and competencies.
- Identify problems and their causes, gather relevant information, and develop alternative courses of action for decision-making.
- Evaluate the performance of sales supervisors, coordinators, and salesmen.
- Conduct trade checks and address concerns from the field.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in account management and sales.
- Strong leadership background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with strong decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
- Assigned area: Whole Visayas Region
