Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their dynamic team and help drive the sales of laptops and phones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technology products, particularly laptops and phones, and be adept at building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for laptops and phones.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the best product solutions based on their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the laptop and phone market, including product features, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Demonstrations: Provide product demonstrations to customers, showcasing features and benefits of various laptops and phones.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new sales opportunities in the market, monitor customer feedback, and adapt sales strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the timely availability of stock and the smooth processing of orders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling laptops, phones, or other consumer electronics.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of laptops, phones, and related accessories, including key brands, specifications, and features.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing tailored solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using technology and software tools related to sales (e.g., CRM systems).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in selling consumer electronics, especially laptops or phones, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and the ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
