Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for payment gateway or crypto solutions.
• Lead and mentor a skilled engineering team, including recruitment, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance payment or cryptocurrency systems.
• Establish and oversee development processes, incorporating agile practices and CI/CD.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML/KYC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage the technology budget effectively.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement within the tech team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical management or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, cryptocurrency technologies, blockchain, and regulations.
• Experience with modern development practices, including agile, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
• Preferably a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in payment gateway security/compliance or cryptocurrency/blockchain technologies.
• Experience managing high-transaction platforms.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

At this time, we are unable to offer remote options. All candidates must be based in Bangkok to begin their roles.
