Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Thailand Relocation

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure all statutory deductions (e.g., taxes, social security) are correctly calculated and deducted.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Prepare reports on compensation and benefits data for internal use and for regulatory purposes.
• Assist in audits related to payroll and benefits.
• Prepare the labor contract, annex, etc.
• Employee Records Management.
• Assist in the preparation and communication of compensation adjustments (salary reviews, bonuses, etc.).
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll & Benefits or HR administration, including experience building benefits programs from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam and Thailand labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
