We're partnering with a dynamic Bangkok-based IT outsourcing startup specializing in cutting-edge software solutions for the finance and cryptocurrency sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual strategies aligned with overall brand guidelines and market positioning.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of visual content for various media, from initial concept to final production.
  • Guide and mentor a team of visual creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and maintain a consistent brand visual identity.
  • Translate marketing objectives into impactful visual narratives and design solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, from brainstorming and concept development to project delivery.
  • Provide strategic input on campaigns, ensuring visual assets resonate with the target audience and support business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in visual communication.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and originality.
  • Partner with external vendors and agencies to execute successful visual campaigns.
  • Develop presentations and visual mockups for leadership and client review.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant design or visual communication field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, and multimedia work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and familiarity with various production processes.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and the capacity to translate concepts into engaging visuals.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video production, or 3D design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of market research and its influence on creative decisions is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles and digital design trends is desirable.
