Senior Backend Developer - Thailand Relocation

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Server-Side Applications: Design, develop, and maintain the server-side logic and architecture using Java and other related technologies.
• Build and Integrate REST APIs: Develop robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the front end and back end systems.
• Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring that the server-side applications are optimized for speed and efficiency.
• Ensure Data Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Database Management: Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and efficient data retrieval.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and improvements.
• 'Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the server-side applications.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for the server-side architecture, APIs, and databases.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer in E-commerce, Crypto, Finance, and Banking industry using Java.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in designing and developing applications which can handle more than 10K+ concurrent users.
• REST APIs: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Database Management: Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, and management using SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Performance Optimization: Ability to identify and resolve performance issues in server-side applications.
• Data Security: Knowledge of data security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Nice to have requirements:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying server-side applications.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
