Description:

As a Partner Audiologist, you will be entitled to the phantom share program, giving you equity in the clinic and a share in its success.

Desired Qualifications:

Must be a fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and authorized to practice in Ontario.

Preferably, at least one year of experience (though not mandatory).

Familiarity with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is advantageous.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with an eagerness to handle business-related tasks.

A strategic thinker with a keen interest in expanding business opportunities in the hearing healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.

Provide client-centred care, counselling, and personalised hearing solutions.

Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.

Business & Leadership Role:


Participate in decision-making processes on pricing, hiring, and clinic operations.

Help establish long-term strategies for business growth.

Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.

Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and client care.

Client & Team Engagement:


Maintain a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach with clients and colleagues.

Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimise business operations.
