Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Directory & EntraID Management: Oversee and optimize Active Directory and EntraID infrastructure to ensure operational excellence and security.
  • PIM/PAM Strategy Development: Lead efforts to configure policies, enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA), and maintain system integrity.
  • Global Security Initiatives: Support and secure resources such as Active Directory, DNS, PKI, ADFS, and NPS.
  • Cloud Services Implementation: Deploy and manage services across platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS, focusing on solutions such as IAAS, PAAS, and DRAAS.
  • Cloud Security Optimization: Strengthen identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network defenses in cloud environments.
  • Collaborative Cloud Strategy Design: Work with IT teams to develop and implement innovative cloud strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Performance Testing & Optimization: Ensure systems meet performance, availability, and security standards for critical assets.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation and provide guidance on identity and cloud processes.
  • Cost-Effective Resource Management: Optimize cloud resources, including reserved instances and cost-control mechanisms, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Data Protection: Support cloud backup and disaster recovery initiatives, ensuring resilience and data security.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors Degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years in IT with proven expertise in Active Directory and cloud technologies.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, including trust relationships, Group Policies, DNS, and security configurations.
    • Extensive experience with Azure and AWS platforms.
    • Proficiency in cloud security, including ADFS Federation, Azure SSO, and IAM.
  • Automation Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, and cloud CLI tools.
  • Certifications:
    • Azure, AWS, or similar cloud certifications (strongly preferred).
  • Problem-Solving Abilities:
    • Demonstrated expertise in traditional and cloud environments, including PKI, NDES, and network configurations in Azure and AWS.
