Description
The School Admissions Marketing Specialist is a self-motivated leader responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the schools programs and increase student enrollment. This role combines expertise in marketing, communication, and admissions to attract prospective families, nurture leads, and enhance the schools visibility in the community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in an educational or admissions setting.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
- Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Familiar with the education sector and admissions processes.
Work Environment:
- This role may require evening and weekend work for events and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet enrollment targets.
- Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and event strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
Brand Management and Communications:
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and communication platforms.
- Work closely with school leadership to effectively communicate the schools unique value to prospective families.
- Create compelling content such as brochures, newsletters, blogs, and videos to showcase the schools strengths.
Admissions Support:
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Organize and promote open houses, campus tours, and other admission-related events.
- Develop and maintain a system to track and engage prospective families throughout the admissions process.
Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with local luxury condominiums, organizations, feeder schools, and community groups to enhance outreach.
- Represent the school at fairs, conferences, and other community events to boost enrollment.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research to better understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and recommend strategies to address challenges.
