    Requirements:

    • Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management or any other related course
    • Proven experience as Receptionist/ Executive Secretary

    Job Description:

    • Handling request/requirements between the company and building admin;
    • Application processing & follow up , ex:gate pass, work permit , access card etc.
    • Greeting and leading with visitors to according person
    • Coordinating with HR for applicant's interview
    • Conference/negotiation room organizing
    • Pantry and office supplies, janitorial and other office needs
    • Coordinating with housekeeper to maintain the public area clean and tidy
    • Bulletin board updating
    • Responsible in creating and preparing payment request for the existing official emails and requested account from the management
    • Responsible for ensuring completeness of official forms in the office
    • Responsible in vehicle request, drive's trip and vehicle maintenance process/reports
    • Assist fire extinguisher annual refilling and monitoring
    • Assist in any admin concern and related issues
    • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
