Legal Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (oral and written) , Strong communication skill

with at least 3 years FMCG industry legal specialist working experience

• Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills

• Attentive to every details of a certain task/assignment

• Bachelors/College/Law Degree

• Law Graduate is an advantage

Job Descriptions:

• Draftand Preparationofcorporatelegaldocuments,lettersandcertificationsofthecompany, reviews and drafting of various basic documentations including giving basic legal advice upon confirmation with the lawyers.
• Assist in the processing of all legal concerns of the company Various Contract Reviews (Account Customer, HR, Vendor, etc.) Due Diligence/Vendor Accreditation

• Coordinates with External Lawyers regarding endorsed cases
  
  
• Processing of messengerial errands, notary, transmittal
  
  
• CorrespondencewithgovernmentagenciessuchasBIR,SEC,DOLE,BI,DFA forreportorialrequirementsofthecompanies
  
  
• Compliancewith governmentregistrations(SEC,etc.)
