Job description:

A key role in driving the business growth and success of the organization through a variety of strategic activities. The position involves conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, planning and executing advertising campaigns, and generating leads through various channels, and give solution advice.

Duties and Task:

1. Conduct market research and customer survey to identify potential business opportunities and trends.

2.Analyze market conditions, competitor data, and customer needs.

3.Plan and execute advertising campaigns to reach the target audience (clients)

4.Utilize traditional and digital strategies, as well as organizing and attending events.

5.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.

6.Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship, or any business-related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional etiquette and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analytics, and presentation tools.
