Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or relevant degree
- Previous experience in production or broadcasting is preferred
- Must have an understanding and technical expertise of broadcasting, video encoding equipment, setting up sound and lighting for video purposes and live video delivery systems
- Willing to work on site and shifting schedules
Plus 5,000 Meal and Transportation Allowance upon regularization
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures quality equipment set up for successful Event or Live Stream Production
- Ensures consistency of high-quality video stream throughout the shoot or livestream
- Facilitates video and photoshoot of influencers and KOLs/hosts for needed content or digital asset curation
- Participates in brainstorming and meetings with the team, immediate head and the management when needed
- Responsible for growing the company's capacity in filming and photoshoot events and conducting live streams.
- Ensures everything is ready prior to filming, photoshoot, and livestreams, and stays on-site throughout said activities to make sure everything is in place and step in when needed.
- Oversees and executes all aspects of livestream production according to plan, including casting, set design and technical integration
- Understanding of broadcasting, video encoding equipment, video codecs, and live video delivery systems.
- Coordinates with Assistant manager and Livestream crew for livestream campaign requirements
- Maintains and improves production process or workflow
- Keeps abreast on the latest digital tools and interactive trends, best practices, and technologies affecting digital marketing services.
- Pitches in creative and executable ideas on the realm of tech and online activations
- Prepares files, scenes, and streaming protocol before the live stream.
- Troubleshoots video and audio streaming systems.
- Proactively monitors and manages production systems.
- Takes cues and plans scene changes based on the order of products. Run the live-stream (includes scheduling live streams, ending live streams, switching camera angles, monitoring the
video and audio feed, etc.). - Monitors the upkeep of livestreaming equipment and stocks/products for the livestreaming
- Aligns with the company's mission, vision, goals, and policies in all aspects.
