Job Description:

  • Maintain 201 records, updates databases
  • Recruiting and publish job ads, schedule interviews and prepare HR-related reports
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and provide support to the HR Department
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information
  • Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • In-charge of timekeeping and payroll-related concerns, salary computation and facilitation
  • Maintain regular and up to date data on compensation and benefits; 
  • In charge with all mandatory  benefits: ensures all mandated benefits are properly implemented and completely documented; ensuring all government mandated benefits are properly filled, paid and updated and conduct benefit enrolment process;

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Psychology or any other related course;
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position;
  • With at least 1 year experience in Payroll Computation including Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment
