JOB SUMMARY

Monitors all Yamaha 3S Shops Dealers Service Tools and Service Network.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implements and ensure maintenance of Time Commitment Service (TCS).

- Installs and activates TCS application and other service system in the 3S shops.

- Conducts repair and secures that system is operational.

- Configures and identifies hardware and software solutions.

- Resolves network issue and take care of all equipment for shop supplies and materials.

- Makes an estimated cost for damage and follow up request for approval.

- Sends monthly updates status report of service system in 3S shops.

- Initiates service marketing activities to reach out Yamaha dealers and customers especially remote areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

- At least one year of working experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role.

- Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.

- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.

- Must be willing to do field work in different areas (from Luzon to Mindanao).
