Internal Auditor

Conducts financial and operational audits, identify discrepancies and provide recommendation for
process improvement. Has a vital role in detecting and preventing financial and operational risk.

Job Qualifications:
1. With IA experience in microfinance/lending industry (both financial and operational)
2. With managerial/supervisory experience
3. With coaching/training skills
4. Excellent in reportorial and documentation
5. With commendable work ethic

6. Direct reporting to the ExeCom

7. Required to attend weekly Management Committee Meeting
