Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with recruiting in paper Industry, Diaper Industry or FMCG(nonfood)
  • With 3 years experience in the same field and industry
  • Manage the talent acquisition processes to attract top talent
  • Build strong relationships with the business to smoothly and efficiently meet talent needs
  • Identify, source and develop qualified candidate pools
  • Check references and extend offers and prepare new hire paperwork
  • Create and foster relationship with colleges and professional organizations in order to attract and recruit diverse candidate
