About the job International Rota Nanny
International Rota Nanny | Dubai (TBC), India, UK plus travel
Position: Norland Nanny (or equivalent calibre) – ROTA (shared care and sole charge)
Schedule: 1 month on / 1 month off rotation (International flights to and from the UK included). This is a 24/7 role with core hours of 7:00am to 8:00pm. Overnight support will not be required on all days and will be agreed collaboratively on a shift-by-shift basis, depending on the family's needs.
Children: Boy (2.5 years) and Girl (6 months). Baby is currently supported by a maternity nurse (in place until October 2026).

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering full nursery duties to an exceptional standard
- Establishing and maintaining consistent routines (sleep, feeding, daily transitions)
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate developmental activities
- Confidently caring for both children as their needs evolve
- Managing nursery/school transitions and coordinating activities
- Supporting social development through playdates and outings
- Preparing nutritious, balanced meals for the children
- Overseeing wardrobe management and nursery organisation
- Administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals when required
- Travelling with the family and ensuring continuity of care
Candidate Profile
- Norland trained or equivalent early years qualification (degree level preferred)
- Minimum 6+ years' relevant experience in private households
- Proven ROTA experience within a similar setting
- Experience caring for multiple children of similar ages
- Highly organised and calm
- Confident in establishing and maintaining structured routines
- Discreet, professional and experienced in fully staffed households
- Strong swimmer and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle
- Flexible, collaborative and a strong team player
