We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented ICT Sales Administrator to streamline bid administration, bid reviews, and associated documentation processes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for efficiently managing the overall administration of the Sales and Marketing department. Responsibilities

    • Ensure general administration of the Sales & Marketing Department, overseeing tender application efficiency, effective communications, and other types of strategic and tactical planning
    • Maintain facilities management, vendor/supplier contracts and relations, and facilitation of all the Sales & Marketing admin functions and services
    • Act as primary liaison between the department, staff, and clients, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
    • Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee or client experience
    • Assist the Head Office with import & export arrangements.

Requirements

    • Grade 12/Diploma /Certification in Office Administration or Relevant
    • >5 yrs experience in tendering or relevant work experience.
    • Valid Code 8 Drivers License
    • Experience of working previously within similar sectors/organizations
    • Understanding of contract terminology, competitive bids, purchase orders, and vendor relationship management
    • Computer literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, emails, etc.
    • Good understanding of Tender / Project Management Process
    • Experience in Filing & Data Management
    • Experience in Logistics Management
    • Experience in Tender Application Administration
    • ICT Technical knowledge will be advantage
