About the job Marketing Operations Specialist
Marketing Operations Specialist
About the Company
We help founder-led sales organizations scale without losing what made them successful. Every client engagement builds IP, sharpens our AI systems, and creates assets that compound over time. We're a knowledge-driven company where coaching, content, AI, and delivery reinforce each other — and we value speed, ownership, and execution.
The Role
Make sure no valuable insight dies in a conversation or sits unfinished in a Google Doc. You'll work alongside our internal AI knowledge engine — which captures insights from sales calls, coaching sessions, Looms, and client work — and move those insights through the pipeline: Knowledge Asset Published Implemented.
Every idea becomes either a Marketing Asset (videos, emails, ads, landing pages, VSLs, social posts, lead magnets) or a Client Enablement Asset (worksheets, checklists, templates, frameworks, implementation guides).
What You'll Do
- Spot the highest-value ideas from raw recordings and AI-generated insights, and turn them into multiple content formats
- Edit talking-head videos, coaching calls, and Looms into polished short-form content
- Produce marketing assets (emails, landing pages, lead magnets, VSLs, social content) and supporting graphics
- Build client enablement resources — worksheets, templates, guides — that reduce repetitive explanations
- Publish and schedule content, build landing pages, set up email/marketing automations, and keep the content library organized
- Use AI tools daily to speed up writing, editing, and production
What We're Looking For
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) and solid graphic design ability (Canva)
- Sharp editorial judgment, high attention to detail, and a strong bias toward shipping — not just creating
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience producing marketing assets and managing landing pages/automations
- Excellent written/spoken English; highly organized across multiple projects
Nice to have: background in high-ticket coaching/consulting, experience repurposing long-form content, direct response marketing knowledge.
Tools: CapCut/Premiere, Canva, ChatGPT/Claude, GoHighLevel, Higgsfield/ElevenLabs, Google Workspace, Slack
Who Thrives Here
Someone who watches a 45-minute conversation and immediately sees the Reel, the email, the lead magnet, the landing page, the worksheet — then builds it, publishes it, and makes sure it's live. You think in systems, not one-off tasks.
