The company manufactures and distributes a wide range of products, including vinyl and aluminum windows, storm windows and doors, patio doors, basement windows, and specialty window solutions. We work with contractors, building material wholesalers, and window and door suppliers throughout its service area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an energetic, resilient Appointment Setter for our outbound calling team. You'll make high-volume cold calls to homeowners, asking age-related qualifying questions to book qualified appointments. This is a cold-list environment, no warm lead, so confidence, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make 400–500 outbound calls per day (30 sec – 1 min per call)

  • Speak with homeowners using a provided script

  • Ask age-related qualifying questions and book qualified appointments

  • Handle objections confidently and professionally

  • Log accurate call dispositions in CRM system

  • Personalize the script with your own personality while keeping the core outcome the same

  • Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven outbound experience (cold-calling, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or sales)

  • Fluent English with strong conversational skills

  • Able to commit to 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM PST, from any country

  • Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment
