Key Responsibilities

Financial & Operational Leadership:

• Lead and execute the states strategic plan.
• Manage P&L, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise profitability.

People & Capability:

• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Oversee recruitment, performance, training, and HR initiatives.
• Drive collaboration, engagement, and senior leadership contribution.

Business Development:

• Identify and grow market opportunities.
• Build client relationships and enhance Fyfes market presence.
• Lead marketing, branding, and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications, skills and experiences

• Strong commercial business acumen with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills
• Tertiary Qualifications in relevant field
• Proven experience as a senior leader / general manager / or similar leadership role in a consulting context
• Proven experience in environmental or planning consulting in Queensland
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities.
• Strong values-based leadership with a growth mindset
• Financial management/reporting and analysis skills
• Strategic planning and resource management skills
• Collaborative problem-solving skills with a big picture lens
