This role will see you:

  • Provide office-based support for the Cadastral Team for successful delivery of cadastral services to a broad range of industry leading clients
  • Assist with the management of client instructions, job briefs, calculations, drafting & quality assurance
  • Mentoring & training of colleagues & on-site field auditing of cadastral services
  • Working on a diverse range of large-scale land development projects within SEQ as well as rural and remote areas
  • Engaging with our multi-discipline divisions to deliver a collaborative project outcome
  • Access to a range of modern survey equipment such as UAV/Drones, 3D Laser Scanners, SLAM, Trimble GPSs and RTSs
  • Training & Development to progress technical and managerial skills in the Cadastral Sector within a supportive corporate environment

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have high level communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and staff to ensure successful delivery of survey projects. Personal requirements for this role are to include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working primarily on Cadastral Projects within Queensland
  • Registration with Surveyors Board of Queensland Cadastral Endorsement preferred or proactively progressing towards cadastral registration
  • Experience managing, reviewing and producing client deliverables captured with UAV/Drones, 3D Laser Scanners, Trimble GPS, RTS utilising Trimble Business Centre (preferred) and AutoCAD
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cadastral reinstatement principals, Queensland Cadastral Survey legislation and regulations
  • High level of technical & practical expertise in Surveying
  • High level of organisation & communication skills
  • Commercially Pragmatic with the ability to troubleshoot and find solutions for any issue that may arise
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across the business, clients and external stakeholders
