About the Role

We're looking for a Bids & Tenders Lead to drive our end-to-end bid process—bringing together people, insights and exceptional content to deliver submissions that stand out for all the right reasons.

What You'll Do

As our Bids & Tenders Lead, you'll be the engine behind our most important proposals. Your focus includes:

Bid Management & Coordination

  • Lead the full bid lifecycle—from identification through to submission
  • Keep a strategic big picture view while juggling multiple high‑profile bids
  • Facilitate kick-off sessions, guide teams, maintain communication and keep timelines sharp
  • Prepare and manage bid documentation, trackers, meetings and deliverables

Content Development & Quality Control

  • Work closely with SMEs and technical teams to craft accurate, compelling content
  • Manage templates, version control, brand alignment and content quality
  • Coordinate updates, escalate delays when needed, and ensure final outputs are polished, persuasive and compliant

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Business Development and client-facing teams to bring intelligence, insight and strategy into every submission
  • Build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Support general enquiries, past proposal requests and marketing collateral needs

Documentation & Bid Library Management

  • Curate project profiles, CVs, templates and graphic inputs
  • Maintain a well-organised bid library and respond to pre-qualification questionnaires
  • Assist with reports, supporting documents and ad‑hoc proposal tasks

What You Bring

Essential

  • Proven experience in senior bid, tender or proposal coordination
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability
  • Strong understanding of tender requirements and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple complex bids
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in property, infrastructure, energy, resources or professional consulting
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Experience in a consultancy environment
