As our infrastructure and renewables portfolio expands, so does our Heritage team. We're looking for a Heritage Team Lead who wants to help shape that growth – someone who enjoys building capability, refining delivery, and influencing how heritage services evolve within a dynamic, forward-looking business.

Based in Melbourne, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse pipeline of projects, including large-scale renewable energy and major infrastructure developments across Victoria. You'll take on a visible, client-facing position, strengthening our heritage offering while contributing to project strategy and delivery. As the team grows, so will your opportunity to step further into leadership – guiding both people and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to heritage projects across multiple sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development, including preparing proposals and securing work
  • Influence and improve project delivery approaches
  • Champion company values, policies, and high professional standards
  • Provide trusted, ethical advice while maintaining confidentiality
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a growing team

About you

  • 8+ years' experience in a relevant heritage or technical discipline
  • Advanced qualifications (postgraduate degree or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
  • Professional, adaptable, and motivated to help build something meaningful
