We are looking for a Cultural Heritage Team Lead to join our Heritage team in Melbourne. This role will lead our heritage projects, drive business development, and influence how we deliver.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and contributing to heritage projects across multiple sectors
- Building and owning strong client relationships
- Driving proposals, pursuits, and business development
- Shaping and improving how we deliver heritage services
- Mentoring and growing a capable, expanding team
- Setting the standard for professional and ethical practice
About you
- 8+ years' experience in a relevant heritage or technical discipline
- Advanced qualifications (postgraduate degree or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience delivering complex projects
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
- Professional, adaptable, and motivated to help build something meaningful
