Responsibilities
- Leverage digital marketing tactics – paid search (Google, Bing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snap), SEO, influencer, native, and programmatic advertising to drive conversions and optimize LTV/CAC ratio.
- Identify and pursue new channels for growth.
- Develop, test, and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, leveraging design best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies to develop creative marketing campaigns.
- Communicate online marketing performance KPIs to executive team
Experience you will need:
- Understanding of B2C subscriber performance KPIs and their drivers
- 4-6 years’ experience marketing at subscription-based B2C business preferred.
- Experience leveraging CDPs like Segment
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
