Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
- Conduct regular audits of financial processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA certification or relevant professional certification is a plus.
