We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our team. The Senior Finance Executive will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and compliance and will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company goals.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, ensuring cost control, risk management, and cash flow optimization.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement reviews.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide strategic advice on investments, capital structure, and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement systems to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on tax laws, financial regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or ACCA qualification preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
