Job Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive for the development and execution of our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing social media accounts for brands, driving engagement, and growing online communities.

As a Social Media Executive, you will oversee content creation and analytics, and collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Social Media Strategy: Design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals, increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with design, marketing, and copywriting teams to develop engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner, and foster a positive and active community on social platforms.
  • Monitor Social Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.), providing insights to senior management and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working in a senior social media role, with the ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Understanding of social media metrics and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital channels.
