Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential leads within target markets.
    • Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them on to the sales team.

  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the software products and services offered.
    • Effectively communicate product features and benefits during calls.

  • Sales Support:
    • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.

  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to nurture long-term opportunities.
    • Address client queries and concerns during the initial contact phase.

  • Performance Tracking:
    • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Background in developing sales pitches and processes from beginning to end
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
