Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Owner who acts as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, maximizing the product's value, and ensuring alignment with business goals. They lead the product development process, from conception to delivery, while advocating for the customer's interests and maintaining a clear vision for the product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Leverage market research to understand customer needs and behavior in the tech industry.
• Oversee the development and design of the tech product, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark the tech product against industry standards in terms of features, marketing strategies, and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to meet tech product goals.
• Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with the companys strategic goals.
• Ensuring user stories are ready for development to start work.
• Ensuring each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
• Regularly update senior management on the tech products performance, providing detailed reports and statistical analysis.
• Stay updated with relevant industry knowledge and technical advancements.
• Work with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and feedback, and troubleshoot any reported problems.
• Analyze user feedback to refine and enhance the tech product.
• Define success metrics to evaluate tech product performance.
• Work with the development team to clarify requirements and help them understand the business side of the product.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding features, functionality, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in tech product ownership or a related role.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and market research methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
