Position Overview

We seek a seasoned Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Karachi. This role is pivotal in steering our project teams towards the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind our technical teams. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing technical projects, from custom solutions to mobile app development, website, design and e-commerce platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation through to deployment, with a hands-on approach to scheduling, scope definition, budget estimation, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to adjust project trajectories, ensuring alignment with client requirements and team adherence.
• Efficiently allocate resources to streamline project efficiency and maximise the quality of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring a clear project history and accountability.
• Foster a collaborative environment, providing clear direction and motivation to the project team and ensuring peak performance.
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, delivering regular updates, managing risks, and promptly addressing issues.
• Champion the delivery of all projects within the stipulated scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring FuturByte's standards of excellence are met.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the progress and outcome of the project.
• Ability to present project updates and findings to the client in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ability to negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets with clients.
  Solid understanding of web technologies, platforms, and best practices in managing expectations and communicating effectively with both the team and the client.
• Ability to quickly identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex projects involving mobile app development, website development, design, and eCommerce solutions.
• Demonstrable expertise in expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management.
• Adept at managing multiple projects concurrently, with a keen ability to prioritise effectively.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding teams and engaging stakeholders.
• A bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is highly regarded.
• A strong track record in the tech industry, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
