Position Overview

FuturByte is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in our Karachi office. This position is crucial for enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a key player in our marketing team, deeply understanding search engine optimisation strategies, from keyword research to content optimisation and analytics. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our digital content is not only visible but also resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and overall website performance.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and page rankings.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot SEO issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Guide and mentor team members on SEO techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a solid track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and proficiency in optimizing content.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and metrics.
• Strong communication skills for articulating insights and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
