Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer and UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing our digital products and website's user interface and overall user experience. You will work closely with our Project Management and engineering teams to create intuitive, user-friendly products.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven UI experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• A plus is proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject.
